摘要：随着我国社会不停的稳步发展，我国的建筑行业也在稳定发展着，而机电设备安装的质量控制方面也是整个建筑行业的重点之一。针对常见的建筑工程安装机电设备质量通病，我们只有明确安装操作内涵特征、制定有效的预防控制策略，才能真正提升安装机电设备施工质量水平，营造安全施工环境，创设精品建筑工程，实现良好的经济效益与社会效益目标。

Abstract: With the steady development of our society, our country's construction industry is also stable development, quality control and installation of mechanical and electrical equipment is also one of the priorities of the entire construction industry. For the common architectural engineering installation of mechanical and electrical equipment quality common problem, we have only explicitly install the operating connotation characteristics, the development of effective prevention and control strategies can really enhance the level of construction quality installation of mechanical and electrical equipment, creating a safe construction environment, the creation of fine architectural engineering, to achieve good economic benefit and social benefit objectives.Key words: construction; mechanical and electrical equipment; installation quality

前言

在建筑工程行业当中，做好机电设备安装的质量控制也是整个工程建筑的重点之一，机电安装工程串联了整个建筑工程的一条施工链，其相关的特性有施工时间短、能够和其他工序進行交叉作业，对工期方面有很大的影响作用。

一 建筑机电设备安装施工具体内容

建筑工程安装机电设备阶段中，由于涉及设备较多、工程任务量大、需要应用较多学科技术，因而增加了工程安装难度。同时，由于建筑工程整体性质令其体现出了一定通用性。即普遍应用于民用建筑、工业工程建筑与公用建筑工程中，发挥了核心服务价值。机电设备安装工程涉及到机械技术、电气工程、电子技术、仪表自动化技术、智能化建筑工艺与环境工程等多学科交叉。同时还包括消防设计、电梯项目、管道布设、通用设计与动力管控等具体环节，体现了施工管控的复杂多样性。施工活动主要由采购设备环节展开，包括设备的安装操作、调试运行、生产应用以及工程竣工的核查验收等阶段，一直到良好的符合应用功能并投入正常应用方截止。……
