摘要：影响工程施工质量的因素很多，工程施工质量控制工作也应贯穿于工程施工的整个过程,其中最关键的质量控制在于工程施工准备阶段和施工阶段。施工准备阶段可从人的因素、组织因素、环境因素和机械因素四个方面进行控制，施工过程可从施工方案质量控制、施工设备材料质量控制、施工阶段质量控制和施工记录四个方面入手进行质量控制。

Abstract: In a lot of factors that affect the quality of construction, construction quality control work should also throughout the entire construction process, one of the most critical quality control lies in the preparation stage of construction and construction phases. Construction preparation stage can be controlled from the four aspects of human factors, organizational factors, environmental factors and mechanical factors, the construction process can be controlled from the quality of the construction program, four aspects of the quality control of construction equipment and materials, construction stage quality control and construction records quality control.

工程项目施工涉及面广,是一个极其复杂的过程，影响质量的因素很多,如设计、材料、机械、地形、地质、水文、气象、施工工艺、操作方法、技术措施、管理制度等，均直接影响着工程项目的施工质量，工程施工质量控制也贯穿于工程项目的全过程，施工质量控制的关键在于施工准备阶段和施工阶段的工程质量控制。

一、施工准备阶段质量控制

施工准备阶段的质量控制是指项目正式施工活动开始前，对各项准备工作及影响质量的各因素和有关方面进行的质量控制。施工准备是为保证施工生产正常进行而必须事先做好的工作。

1、提高施工人員技术素质

人是生产活动的主体，也是工程项目建设的管理者和操作者，工程建设都是通过人来完成的。工程质量的形成受到所有参加工程项目施工的人员共同作用，施工人员技术素质，都将直接和间接地影响施工的质量。

2、工程质量管理必须注重质量保证体系
