摘要:随着建筑工程机械的广泛应用,施工机械的使用已成为衡量施工企业竞争力的标志之一。施工机械的有效利用，在加快了工程施工进度的同时，有效提高了施工质量。针对目前建筑施工企业存在的问题,提出机械管理维护科学化、制度化、规范化的对策。本文就建筑工程企业中的机械设备的管理与维护，提出了自己的一些见解，希望对企业管理工作有所帮助。

Abstract: With the extensive application of construction machinery, construction machinery has become one of the hallmarks of measure of the competitiveness of construction enterprises. Effective use of construction machinery, speed up the construction progress at the same time, improve the quality of construction. The problems of construction enterprises, machinery management and maintenance of scientific, systematic and standardized countermeasures. 1.前言

随着建筑工程机械在各类建设工程施工中广泛应用,以及机械化程度的不断提高,施工机械的高效使用，已成为衡量建设施工企业核心竞争力的重要标志之一。各种因素的影响制约着工程机械使用性能的发挥。这不仅直接影响企业的经济效益,还会工程施工质量、施工进度及安全产生影响。如何做好机械的维护管理、充分发挥功效,确保建设工程的安全、质量、进度、以及实现投资的目标,对于提高施工企业的经济效益都具有重要的意义。工程机械的维护是工程机械使用的前提，工程机械在长期的使用过程中，工作稳定性、可靠性和机械的工作效率都显著下降。本文就建筑工程机械设备的维护技术提出了自己的一些见解。

2.影响工程机械管理维护工作的主要因素

企业对设备管理和维修的重要性认识不足，忽视设备必要的维护保养工作；对落后设备反复修理，维修费用增加。……
