摘要：在建筑工程施工中，电气安装是一个重要的组成部分。随着社会的不断进步发展，智能建筑不断的走进了人们的生活，电气工程与人们的生活密切相关，越来越发挥着重要的作用，做好电气工程的施工管理，将对整个建筑工程的施工效果产生重大的影响。本文对建筑工程电气安装的施工管理的相关问题进行了全面的分析和探讨。

一 、引言

随着城市化进程的不断加快，建筑成为城市现代化的重要组成部分。在建筑工程施工中，建筑电气是一个非常重要的分部工程，它直接影响使用功能和建筑物的安全，所有的建筑内的设备运转、照明、冷暖源的维持与供应等都与电气工程存在密不可分的关系。同时建筑物作为运行整体，建筑项目内容都是相互作用，互为协调的关系。即使其中一个小小的运行部分发生异常都可能造成建筑整体性能发挥缺失协调性与完整性。自然灾害、漏电、错误报警、停电等现象在电气工程作业过程中比比皆是，这些情况发生时如果不能及时控制并采取相应措施必定给安全生产及工作造成极大的安全漏洞与隐患。所以，再施工过程中，施工单位和监理单位必须加强电气安装工程的施工的管理及监控工作。
