摘要：在我国经济突飞猛进的今天，高速公路的开发也逐渐成为当今社会发展的主题。高速公路是衔接着各地与各地之间文化经济交流的一个关键点，是响应改革开放这一伟大国策的一个重要举措，是贯彻落实市场经济体制的一个根本要素，只有在高速公路足以满足市场需求，足以开拓市场的发展空间的环境底下，市场经济体制才能够得以普及，才能够让改革开放不流于形式。就我国现今来讲，高速公路的开发给国家发展带来的推助力是不可忽视的。但是，在高速公路投入使用后，往往会出现设备被盗的现象，这给高速公路的正常使用带来了极大的影响，如何有效地控制这一现象，已经成为现今高速公路建设的一个重要课题。本文将从高速公路的被盗原因出发，对其防范措施进行进一步的讨论。
