摘 要：我国的高速公路事业正在不断的走向成熟，高速公路网也在逐步形成，传统的高速公路管理是以建设为关键，但是站在建立节约型社会的高度，我们应该将高速公路养护管理工作转移到以养护管理为重心，树立“建设是发展、养护管理也是发展”的理念，本文首先就沥青路面现场调查和综合评价进行了说明，介绍了预防养护的基本概念，最后给出几种预防性养护措施的适用性，以期给相关工作人员提供参考。

Abstract：The freeway of our country enterprise is constantly matured, expressway network has gradually been formed, the traditional highway management in construction is a key, but in the establishment of conservation-oriented society height, we should transfer to expressway maintenance management maintenance management as the core, set up the" construction is development, maintenance management and development." the concept, this paper first asphalt pavement on-site investigation and comprehensive evaluation are described, introduces the basic concept of preventive maintenance, finally gives some preventive maintenance measures were applied, with a view to the relevant staff to provide reference.

1高速公路沥青路面现场调查和综合评价

对路面状况进行全面的调查，就可以掌握在行车和自然因素综合作用下路面的使用性能状况。其中调查的内容主要包括以下5个方面：破损状况、平整度、弯沉、抗滑能力、车辙深度，它们是进行路面综合评价的基础，其中，车辙是一种典型的病害，在目前的养护技术规范中，只是将它作为一种路面的破损形式，没有引起足够的重视，也无法正确反映出车辙对行驶舒适性和行车安全造成的影响。

沥青路面养护对策的制定要以路面评价指标作为依据，高速公路的路面性能综合评价指标是路面质量指数PQI，包括：行驶质量指数RQI、路面车辙深度指数PRDI、路面抗滑性能指数SRI和路面状况指数PCI等等；将路面国际平整度指标IRI、路面车辙深度RD、路面综合破损率DR、摆值BPN或横向力系数SFC作为调查指标，图1给出了评价指标的整体体系[1]。……
