摘 要：随着经济的发展和社会的进步，我国的公路建设事业蓬勃发展起来，公路作为国民经济发展的重要基础设施之一，在我国社会主义建设中占据着越来越重的的地位和作用，因此保证公路工程施工质量意义重大。整个工程施工的始末不能缺少的是公路工程施工现场管理，它是整个公路工程管理中最基本也是最重要的一项工作内容，这项工作是否能做好直接关系到整个公路施工项目能否顺利完成，因此，加强施工现场管理，将公路施工中有关系的各种要素进行科学合理的统筹安排，来打造一个优质、高效、低耗的现代化公路建设。本文针对如何做好公路工程施工现场管理的一些措施做了分析。

Abstract: with the development of economy and the progress of the society, our country's highway construction enterprise vigorous development up, highway as the development of national economy of one of the important infrastructure, in our socialist construction play a more and more of the weight of the status and the function, thus ensure the highway engineering construction quality is of great significance. The information of the whole project construction can't lack is the highway engineering construction site management, it is the highway engineering management in the most basic is also one of the most important work content, the work is can do directly related to the whole of highway construction project can be successfully completed, therefore, strengthen the construction management, will have a relationship of highway construction of various elements in scientific and rational overall arrangement, to build a high quality, high efficiency and low energy consumption of the modernization of the highway construction. Based on how well the highway engineering construction management of some of the measures are analyzed.

1 进行充分的施工准备

公路工程作为一个施工技术繁琐、工艺分类较多的一个工程项目，基于这些公路工程的特点，现场施工人员只有做好施工前期的全面准备工作才能保障施工过程安全、快速、有效地进行。施工前期的全面准备工作包括以下内容：第一，工程管理人员管理者必须熟悉施工图纸，能全面掌握设计者的意图，对图纸中存在的一些模糊的问题给予澄清和解答，使定线和放样数据得以恢复，并对图纸中一些比较重要的控制点，要特别注明并进行加密保护；

第二，施工前期要对所有施工相关人员进行技术标准、操作规程、质量控制、资料整理等方面的技術、业务培训；……
