摘要：随着经济的发展和时代的进步，人们的生活水平和生活质量也逐渐提高。而市政建筑施工作为城市化建设的关键，保证工程施工质量，成为当前城市化建设，社会发展的需要。而在市政给排水工程施工中，顶管技术的应用更是整个施工中的重中之重。在目前的工程施工中，市政给排水工程共分为供水、排水与循环水三个系统。而排水系统包括生产污水排水管、生活污水管和清净下水排水管。循环系统包括循环冷却水给水管和循环冷却水回水管。在整个系统中，排水系统存在的问题相当较多。本文通过对当前市政排水工程施工中存在的问题进行论述，进而对其进行分析并提出相关对策。

In municipal water supply and drainage engineering construction and, the pipe jacking technology application is the most important thing the whole construction. In the current engineering construction, municipal water supply and drainage engineering is divided into the water supply, water drainage and three system. And drainage system including production sewage sewer, sewage pipe and clean water drainage pipes. Circulation system including circulating cooling water pipes and circulating cooling water back to water pipes. In the whole system, the drainage system and the problems existed in the rather more. This article through to the current city drainage engineering construction, discusses the existing problems, and to analyze it and puts forward relevant countermeasures.

随着我国城市化进程的加快，城市建设中的问题也越来越多，市政排水工程的质量问题由于与整个城市的建设与发展紧密相关。近年来，随着技术的进步和施工工艺的进一步完善，顶管技术现已经应用到市政给排水施工当中，在市政地下管线的施工中也已经得到了广泛的应用，其具有减少对施工周边环境的影响、缩短工期的特点，对于市政给排水施工具有极大地现实意义。

一、市政排水工程施工的意义

市政的排水系统作为现代化城市的基础性设施，在社会发展和经济进步中都发挥着重要的作用，而且更是全社会进行自然资源合理保护利用的有效措施，还是城市进行防洪、防涝、排污的必要设施。……
