摘要：推进城市雨污分流改造的基础设施建设是当前提高污水收集率，提高污水厂进水质量的需要。也是旧城改造的重要内容。本文结合深圳市宝安区实施雨污分流改造阐述分流制改造的必要性，从项目建设规划、设计、实施、管理等几个方面给出了若干建议。

Abstract: Advance city polluted the rain in the reconstruction of infrastructure construction is the current improving sewage collection rate and improve the quality of the water wastewater treatment plant needs. Also is the important content of the old city reconstruction. Combining with the shenzhen baoan district implementation the sewerage rain this transformation of shunt the necessity of reform, from the project construction planning, design, implementation, management and so on several aspects gives some Suggestions.

引 言

近几年，随着城市建设不断完善，城市的雨污分流改造已经成为保护环境，促进经济社会可持续发展的重要举措。结合旧城改造及道路建设，深圳市宝安区城市排水系统改造及建设力度相应加大，特别是城市污水处理厂建设的不断完善，相应的城市排水管网系统也应该跟上相应的步伐，使城市污水雨水在分流原则的控制下得以较好的处理。

1实施城市雨污分流改造的必要性

随着近十年城市建设的高速发展，深圳市“国际性花园城市”的形象日益形成，但在快速城市化的进程中，原二线关外生活污水和雨水的合流制管网系统的弊端逐渐暴露，大量污水通过市政管道流入河流或海域，导致河水、海水发黑、发臭，与深圳“国际性花园城市”形象极为不符。

在上世纪深圳宝安区城市建设过程中，由于合流制工程量相对较小、节约投资(约比分流制减少40%)、易于施工、见效快、可操作性强，曾得到广泛应用。本世纪污水厂建设后与污水厂同步建设了截流污水干管，排水体制变为截流式合流制和雨水单独处理的半分流制。……
