摘要：机电安装工程是建筑工程的重要组成部分，涵盖了工业、民用、公用工程中的各类设备、电气、给排水、采暖、通风、消防、通信及自动化控制系统的安装。机电安装工程的施工活动覆盖设备采购、安装、调试、试运行、竣工验收等各个阶段，最终是以满足建筑物的使用功能为目标。当前我国机电安装工程规模越来越大，施工难度也不断增大，机电安装进行项目管理的工作就越来越重要，本文就此做一探讨。关键词：机电安装，工程，项目管理

Abstract: the mechanical and electrical installation project is an important part of the construction engineering, covers the industry, civil, utilities of all kinds of equipment, electrical, water supply and drainage, heating, ventilation, fire control, communication and automatic control system installation. The m&e project construction activities cover equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, commissioning, completion acceptance and so on each stage and eventually is to meet the use function of the building for the target. The current our country mechanical and electrical installation project scale is more and more big, the construction difficulty also increase, and mechanical and electrical installation project management work is more and more important, the paper on is explored in this paper.

机电安装是一个大的概念，其涉及面很广，学科跨度也很大，虽有它的固有特征，但其通用性也很强。机电安装工程涵盖了机械设备工程，电器工程、电子工程、自动化、仪表、建筑智能化、消防、电梯、管道、动力、通用、环保工程等等。其施工活动从设备采购开始、涉及到安装、调试、生产运行、竣工验收各个阶段，直至满足使用功能或正常生产为止。机电安装施工过程中，涉及施工过程中采用新技术、新工艺、新材料、新设备等新兴技术。一、机电安装工程的合同管理工程管理“七分准备，三分施工”。合同簽订后，工程管理人员负责按规定办理工程开工手续，并与甲方协商解决施工所用的动力来源(如水、电、风等)和施工人员所须的休息和进餐的处所，并根据甲乙双方的要求签订安全防火协议；察看施工场地，确定设备及材料运输车辆的道路是否通畅。按照业主要求及实际情况确定开工及竣工时间，根据工程量及施工设备情况配备施工作业人员，制订施工网络计划。……
