摘要：引导学生去挖掘汉字中的奥秘，通过各种教法，各种途径，使学生在轻松的环境中熟练地掌握所学的生字，激发学生的学习兴趣，使识字学习由枯燥变为有趣。让他们独立探索、大胆想象，去想各种各样的巧妙办法，这样，识字教学会变的很容易，学生必定能够越学越轻松的。 在识字教学中,教师如能以满腔的热情为学生铺路搭桥,帮助学生寻找出隐含在汉字中的童趣,让识字教学百花齐放,那么识字将不再是他们的负担,而会成为一种乐趣。

识字是小学藏语低年级语文教学的重点，也是阅读教学和作文教学的基础，第一学段的规定识字量约占小学藏语阶段总识字量的一半.新课程的识字教学，遵循低年级学生身心特点，强调多识字，少写字，培养学生的识字兴趣，减轻了劳动强度，调动了学生识字的积极性。但是，新课程的读写分离从另一方面又给识字带来了极大的困难，“君子动口不动手”学生学得快，忘得也快。

1、运用比较的方法教学生识字。

运用比较的方法教学生识字，比孤立地多次重复学习的效果更好。让学生利用同音字、音近字、近义字、反义字、形近字等的比较，能帮助学生精确地感知、加强记忆。在比较的两个字中，必须有一个是熟字，或两个都是熟字，这会更有利于学生认识。在运用比较法进行识字教学时，让学生当小老师，找出新旧字的异同点，特别要把学生的注意力引向相异点上，并突出其中学生容易忽略的细节。……
