摘要：发展学生的藏语语文创造性思维能力，既是我国素质教育的重要任务，也是培养跨世纪人才的需要。藏语语文创造性思维教学是教育者通过有系统有计划的教学活动，激发和增长受教育者藏语语文创造性行为的一种教学模式。[1]是一种以培养学生的藏语语文创造性思维为基本价值取向和培养学生的创造心理素质为目标的教育模式。[2]藏语语文创造性思维教学旨在培养学生良好的思维能力，为全面实施素质教育提高学生的整体素质奠定心理基础。目前，藏语语文创造性思维在中小学已蓬勃开展，方兴未艾。但由于藏语语文创造性思维教学操作起来专业性较强，对中小学来讲又是一种全。

Abstract: the development of the Tibetan language students creative thinking ability, is not only an important task of quality education in our country, is also trans-century talents need. Tibetan language teaching creative thinking is the educator through a system of a planned teaching activities, stimulating and growth pedagogue Tibetan language creative behavior of a kind of teaching mode. [1] is a Tibetan language to cultivate students' creative thinking as the basic value orientation and the cultivation of the students' psychological quality is the goal to create education mode. [2] Tibetan language teaching is aimed at developing the students' creative thinking of good thinking ability, for the full implementation of the quality education to raise the overall quality of students laid and psychological foundation. At present, the Tibetan language creative thinking in primary and secondary schools, has vigorously, is in the ascendant. But because the Tibetan language teaching creative thinking up strong professional operation, will tell to middle and primary school is a kind of whole.

知识经济是以知识为基础,以高科技产业为支柱,以信息化、数字化、网络化为特征，以智力资源和脑力劳动为创造财富的主要来源，以知识的创造和传播为主要动力，以不断创新为基本特征的经济形态。江泽民同志指出：“创新是民族的灵魂，是国家兴旺发达的动力。”[3]时代的发展离不开高素质的藏语语文创造性人才，知识经济时代更是如此。对学生创新能力和创新精神的培养已成为当今教育的一项重要使命。……
