【摘要】：目前高层混凝土结构住宅竖向墙柱的模板体系主要采用木模板、大钢模板2种体系。本文介绍了南宁地区模板的选型、大模板配置过程、费用分析过程，通过技术、经济、工期、质量、劳动力等角度对比分析这两种模板体系的优缺点，最终选择了大模板，在经济方面比木模板节约25%的成本，在质量上占有优势，提高了企业的品牌竞争力。其中列举了两种模板体系的优缺点综合对比，可为以后类似工程开工前选择模板体系时提供技术参考。

Abstract:High concrete structure housing the vertical wall and column formwork system using a wooden template, two kinds of steel formwork system. This article describes the selection of Nanning region template template configuration process, cost analysis process, through the technical, economic, schedule, quality, labor, and the angle of comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of these two template system, and ultimately choose a large template, in the economic than 25% of the cost savings to the wood template, an advantage in terms of quality, and improve the competitiveness of the company's brand. Which lists the advantages and disadvantages of comprehensive comparison of the two template system, you can select a template system for future similar projects before the start of the Technical Reference.

一、工程概况

南宁市水悦龙湾10#住宅楼位于南宁市明秀西路170号，地下4层，地上42层，层高为3m，建筑高度127.1m，标准层建筑面积1223㎡，每层实际墙体展开面积为3000㎡，总建筑面积51934㎡。结构形式为框架-剪力墙结构。本工程大模板从2层开始使用， 2层以下为非标准层，2层以上为标准层，2～15层墙厚为250mm,15～42层墙厚为200mm，为了满足施工要求，墙体截面发生变化时更换角模尺寸来满足模板需要。

二、南宁地区施工环境现状分析

（一）木模板现状分析

本工程主楼±0.000以上竖向墙柱模板体系，结合施工图纸，若采用木模板体系，符合南宁当地习惯做法。在劳动力组织方面，当地的木工操作人员已经习惯了传统的木模板，组织施工流畅；工期可达到4～5天1层；在材料方面，多层板、木方、对拉螺栓、钢管等材料供应渠道已成熟。木模板的主要缺点是需集中投入大量木工来完成竖向的模板体系，且木模板的混凝土观感施工质量较差。……
