摘要：本文根据某政府办公楼室内装饰及外墙改造工程中的特点，介绍了确保工程装饰施工质量的技术措施；对其中的重点分项、分部工程提出了具体施工的特殊要求；最后对施工中的质量通病进行了分析；明确了在确保施工质量的同时还应满足美观及实用要求的原则。

一、总施工工艺流程

装修工程施工质量控制主要是从施工技术和工艺控制两方面进行。本文以某政府办公楼的室内装修及外墙改造工程为例，对其施工质量的控制进行了分析。该办公楼的装修采用全封闭施工，按幕墙工程、吊顶工程、地面地砖铺装、油漆涂料施工、竣工清理拆除以及资料整理和移交的次序施工。

二、确保工程施工质量的技术措施

1、施工准备阶段技术保证措施

组织有关职能部门及主要施工技术人员参加图纸会审，接受设计院的设计交底，了解设计意图和业主需要，掌握工程结构特点和采用的新材料，新工艺。根据招标文件的规定和工程结构特点，结合企业技术水平，管理能力及机械设备，周转材料装备条件，按保证质量，方便施工进行统筹考虑，确定施工方案，编制施工组织设计。

2、施工过程中质量控制措施

1）对进场材料、构配件、设备严格按要求检查，并按规定取样复验，复验合格后方能使用，不合格材料严禁进场，对进场后发现的不合格材料，要坚决清除出场，并追究责任。……
