摘 要 目的：分析全口义齿修复失败的原因及相应处理办法。方法：对2007年10月至2011年10月本中心口腔门诊12名义齿修复失败患者的原因进行分析，并对重新修复后的效果进行评价。结果：义齿修复失败的原因为：颌关系误差6例（50.0%），垫底不当1例（8.3%），前牙排列不满意2例（16.7%），心理因素3例（25.0%）。颌关系误差、垫底不当、前牙排列不满意重新修复后患者满意且使用良好的为8例（66.7%），垫底不当、前牙排列不满意及心理因素重新修复后患者认为一般且使用的3例（25.0%），心理因素重新修复后患者不满意且不使用的1例（8.3%）。结论：颌关系误差及心理因素是造成修复失败的主要原因，颌关系误差的经重新修复后患者满意且使用良好，心理因素重新修复后患者满意度低且使用效果一般或不使用。

Analysis of the failure cause of repairing the complete denture

ABSTRACT Objective: To analyze the failure cause and the relevant approach of repairing the complete denture. Method: The causes were analyzed for 12 patients who failed in repairing their complete denture in the dental clinical of the community health service centre from Oct 2007 to Oct 2011. The results of the re-repairman were evaluated. Results: The failure causes of repairing the complete denture were six cases of jaw relationship errors (50%), one case of bottom of the improper (8.3%), two cases of anterior teeth arrangement unsatisfied (16.7%), three cases of psychological factors (25%). After re-repairman eight cases of jaw relationship error, bottom of the improper and anterior teeth arrangement were satisfied and it could be used in good condition (66.7%). Three cases of bottom of the improper, anterior teeth arrangement and psychological factors considered just like and (25%). One case of psychological factor was unsatisfied and it would not be used (8.3%). Conclusion: Jaw relationship errors and psychological factor were the main causes of repairman failure. The patients with the jaw relationship errors were satisfied after repairman and it could be used well. The patient with psychological factor was satisfied lowly and the usage effect was just like or not used.

全口牙列缺失后会引起口腔及全身组织的一系列变化，为全口无牙患者制作出符合患者特点、完美的全口义齿，让患者能够尽快适应并发挥其应有的功能是每一名口腔修复医师的责任。本文对其中12例因修复失败而重新修复或重新修复后不能使用义齿的患者进行原因分析，并提出了相应对策。

1对象与方法

1.1对象

2007年10月至2011年10月本中心口腔门诊12名义齿修复失败患者，其中男4人，女8人；年龄42～83岁，平均年龄（63.0±8.2）岁；均为全口义齿安装患者。拔牙后初次修复者5人，2次修复者2人，3次以上修复者5人。
