摘要：教育信息化是我国信息化建设的重要组成部分，推进教育行业的信息化已是大势所趋。如何合理、高效地进行信息化校园建设是目前校园信息化建设过程中迫切需要解决的问题。作者多年来积极参与学校的信息化建设，对信息化校园建设深入的进行了思考，提出了信息化校园建设内容、建设过程中存在的困难与顾虑及建设思路。

Reflections on the Construction of Informationized Campus of Colleges and Universities

Abstract: Being an important part of informationization construction in our country, educational informationization has represented a gen eral trend. How to carry out the construction of informationized campus reasonably and efficiently is a very urgent problem to solve. Hav ing participated in and reflected on the construction of informationized campus for years, the authors elaborate on its content, point out the existing difficulties and their misgivings and put forward their layout of the construction.

1概述

随着高校计算机网络的发展，多媒体信息资源、网络课程、数字图书馆为标志的信息保障体系初具规模，教务、师资、学籍、财务等数字化管理系统得以广泛应用，成为学校信息化建设进程中的重要发展时期。但由于缺乏整体规划，信息标准不统一，应用系统孤立，信息资源分散，共享服务低效，致使目前的信息化建设与应用水平较低。为了适应培养高素质人才的需要，进一步提高高校办学的整体水平，依据国家信息化建设的要求，高院校应适时实施信息化校园建设工程。

信息化校园是指以网络环境和数据中心为基础，以数字化为主要形式，以信息资源建设为重点，以信息应用系统开发为突破口，以整体联合、资源共享、资源集成为技术线路，走整体发展、效益发展、特色发展的现代化建设道路，实现整体上的系列有序化、技术手段的数字网络化、管理方式的科学规范化、服务方式的灵活多样化，为网络化教学、模拟化实验、科学化管理提供信息化平台。……
