摘 要：LED作为一种新型高效的固态光源，近几年来发展很快，并受到各国政府的重视。在这个过程中，各主要国家都非常重视LED相关标准的研究和制定。文章结合LED的特性要求，介绍了国内外标准组织在LED相关领域的标准制定情况，比较分析了各国LED标准体系的特点，并提出我国LED标准化制定的发展方向。

The Progress in LED and Its Application Products' Testing Standards

Abstract: As a new style of high effective solid state light source, Light Emitting Diode (LED) has been widely used and develops rapidly in most important countries. In the course, they attach importance to the study and development of the LED standards. With the request of the LED feature, this paper introduces the situation of the LED standards development in domestic and abroad. Then we analyze the differences of the LED standard systems and point out the direction of making LED standards of our country.

引 言

LED作为一种固体光源，随着这几年逐渐向普通照明领域过渡，被公认为有望成为继白炽灯、荧光灯、高强度气体放电灯之后的第四代光源，并带来人类照明发展的第二次革命。随着LED产业的发展和技术水平的提升，世界主要生产LED上、中、下游产品的国家都将LED相关标准的制定视为增加行业话语权的重要方式。在这样的大环境下，我国在汲取以往产业发展过程中的经验和教训后，也积极、大力地投入到此次LED产业相关标准的制定中来，把标准的规范作为更好地引导行业健康、快速发展的重要推动力。到目前为止，国内外许多专家学者在关于LED标准体系制定方面都有过广泛而深入的探讨[1-4]。

1 我国LED标准化工作的最新进展

在我国，LED的标准化工作主要是由不同领域的标准工作组、标准化委员会以及标准研究机构，根据LED不同研究及应用领域分别起草、制定的。以下将根据这些不同的LED标准机构分别予以介绍。

1.1 工业和信息化部半导体照明技术标准工作组（简称LED标准工作组）
