摘要系统研究和分析不同海拔高度对高粱籽粒淀粉、蛋白质、单宁和脂肪的影响,结果表明:除品种效应导致供试品种的淀粉、蛋白质、单宁、脂肪等含量出现很大差别外,海拔高度对高粱籽粒品质也有明显的调控作用。淀粉、蛋白质含量随海拔高度的增加有降低的趋势,单宁则是高海拔和低海拔地区的含量较高,脂肪与单宁相反,高海拔和低海拔地区的含量最低。

AbstractThe influences of different altitudes on starch,protein,tannin and fat of sorghum grain were analyzed in this paper. The experiment showed that the effects of varieties leaded to the differences of starch,protein,tannin lat. The altitude had significant influence on the quality of sorghum. The starch and protein content was decreasing with the altitude rising. The tannin content was high at the area of high altitude and low altitude. The fat content was the lowest at the area of high altitude and low altitude.

高粱品质性状的研究顺应目前经济发展和生产的不同要求,正愈来愈得到广大育种工作者的重视,从不断引进、选育综合性状优良的材料到目前的高淀粉、低单宁种质材料的引进和选育,高粱育种目标发生了很大的变化,对这些性状的研究也愈来愈深入和细致。由于这些品质性状除受品种本身的遗传因素控制外,还受生态区不同环境条件的影响,又由于高粱的栽培区域较为广阔,不同区域的生态条件又大为不同,因此,高粱品质性状肯定会因为不同的环境而发生变化。有研究表明,海拔高度对玉米籽粒品质有明显的调控作用[1],不同纬度环境对马铃薯淀粉含量及品质也有影响[2],说明不同环境条件对高粱品质均会产生影响。为了了解不同生态区高粱品质性状的变化情况,选择5个地区进行高粱种植,分析测定其品质性状,以为不同区域的高粱品种选育和合理布局提供参考。……
