抗泡剂对润滑油性能的影响

文章从抗泡剂的选择、抗泡剂在润滑油中的应用以及不同种类的复合抗泡剂对比分析三个方面,阐述了抗泡剂本身对润滑油性能的影响,同时说明了油品调合时抗泡剂的加入方式不同,会对润滑油的抗泡性和储存安定性产生不同的影响,介绍了一种能提高抗泡剂在油品中分散程度、改善油品储存安定性的发明专利——抗泡剂加入法及设备。

Abstract:The effects of anti-foam agent on the properties of lubricating oilw ere discussed from three aspects,nam ely the selection of anti-foam agent,its app lication in lubricating oil and the comparative analysis on different kinds of antifoam agents.Itw as exp lained that,in the preparation of lubricating oil,different adding w ays of anti-foam agentwould affect the anti-foam property and storage stability of lubricating oil.A patent nam ed The Adding M ethod and Equ ipm ent of Anti-Foam ing Agentw as introduced,by w hich the dispers ion of anti-foam ing agent in lubricating oilcan be increased and the storage stability of lubricating oil can also be improved.

0 引言

抗泡性是润滑油的使用性能之一,润滑油起泡倾向的强弱直接影响机械的正常运转和其本身的使用寿命。油品在使用过程中产生泡沫,使润滑系统发生气阻、断流和溢流,引起机械过度磨损,同时造成能耗增加、油品氧化和散热不良等问题。为解决这些问题,在提高基础油本身性能的同时,经济有效的方法是加入抗泡剂。

众所周知,添加剂之间存在相互作用,某种添加剂的引入,在其改善油品某项性能的同时,可能对其他性能产生不利影响;另外,抗泡剂属表面活性物质,一般难溶于润滑油,以液珠形式分散到油品中,若其分散不均,则所调油品的抗泡性可能达不到技术指标要求,且经过一段时间的储存后,密度大于润滑油的抗泡剂会聚集沉降下来,影响润滑油的使用效果。……
