我国西部特色农产品冷链物流的发展现状与策略研究

通过分析我国西部特色农产品冷链物流的发展现状，总结了我国西部特色农产品冷链物流发展存在的问题，通过借鉴发达国家农产品冷链物流的经验，并结合我国西部地区特点，提出发展的对策，为加快我国西部特色农产品冷链物流的发展提供参考。

Abstract:The article is written to summarize the problems of cold chain logistics of characteristic agricultural products in western China by analyzing the development status.It puts forward the measures of development by the way of combining with the features of western China,referencing the experience from developed countries,give consultations to speed up the development of characteristic agricultural products in western China.

我国西部地区具有丰富的农业资源，西部12个省、区、市主要农产品的产量在全国占有相当大的比重，近年来无公害、无污染的特色农业发展十分迅速[1]，西部特色农产品蕴藏着巨大的市场潜力。但由于西部地区开发相对滞后、基础设施落后、科技力量不足，其优质特色农产品尚不为人知，影响了农产品产业的形成以及当地农民的增收。实施西部大开发战略以来，国家加大了对西部地区生态建设和基础设施建设的支持力度，使通讯、交通、城市基础设施等硬件条件得到明显改善，特别是交通运输条件的改善，为西部地区农产品的物流发展提供了便利的条件；同时，农产品冷链物流的发展为进一步降低农产品损失，以及减少不必要的经济损耗提供了新的思路和方法[2]，也为西部地区现代物流业的发展带来了希望、机遇与挑战。
