从培养应用型的人才为出发，结合课程特点，通过深入企业调研，理论联系实际，对《报关实务》课程进行改革。提出设立公司为主线的专题引导，帮助学生梳理报关实务的内容，利用所学知识到实际工作中，提高学生学习报关的兴趣，理论与实践相结合，培养零距离就业的学生。

Abstract:Applied for the training of talents,combining course characteristics,through in-depth business research,theory with practice,the“declaration of Practice”course for reform.Proposed setting up a company out of the main line of the topic guide to help students sort out the contents of the declaration practical use the knowledge to practical work, the declaration of interest in improving student learning, theory and practice,culture Zero employment of students.

报关是进出口业务中的一个重要环节，而宁波是一个外向型经济，2009年全市进出口总额实现680亿美元，但现在宁波市注册报关员数2 775人，可在宁波海关注册的从事专业和代理报关的企业有759家，还不包括自理报关企业，人才不足，严重影响了报关质量。为了满足随之对报关员的需求，宁波大红鹰学院在2005年就开设了《报关实务》课程，为宁波报关行业输送了合格的报关专业人才。

要从事报关工作，必须要具备扎实的理论基础，拥有报关员资格证书，还需要一定的实践操作。为了更好服务宁波报关单位，对课程进行合理化的改革。课程改革的核心：学习的内容是工作，通过工作完成学习内容。

1 选定合适的教材

根据学院对报关人才的定位：能独立操作报关业务的合格人才，学院以报关员资格证书为基础，选择选择由中国海关总署出版的《全国报关员资格考试专业书》作为教材，为学生参加11月的报关员资格考试做好铺垫。

通过一个学期的学习，有利于学生对报关知识的掌握，提高学生考报关员的通过率。……
