摘 要:计算机网络化技术的应用使得企业实现了各项业务数据的共享和信息的实时处理,实现了公司办公生产的自动化。现代企业网络系统具有数据共享性、结构分散性、系统开放性等特点。在打造数字化企业浪潮中,原来封闭的局域网业务信息系统被推向开放的互联网,同时也对企业信息系统的安全性提出了严重的挑战。建立适应于互联网环境下的企业信息数据共享控制体系是企业急需解决的现实问题。在此拟就网络环境下企业信息系统内部共享控制存在的问题及其对策进行探讨。

Enterprises′ Data Sharing Problems and Solutions

Abstract:Enterprises can share business datum of each item and process information in real-time,because of the application of computer networking,the liberalization of companies′ producing is achieved.Modern enterprises′ network system has some features like data sharing,structure decentrality and system openness.In the process of making digitized enterprises,the original and close business information system of LAN are pushed to the exoteric Internet.Meanwhile,it also challenges to the security of business information system seriously.It is the most urgent problem to establish the control system of business information data sharing that adapts to the environment on the Internet.The problems and countermeasure about the sharing control of enterprises′ information internal system with network environment are discussed.

在当今企业竞争白热化的时代,许多企业在提升管理水平的同时,也在逐步进行着企业信息化建设,这样做的目的就是将各部门的业务运营数据保存在信息系统中,将业务流程固化。企业的内部IT信息系统中,公司管理层、决策者可以获取及时准确的数据信息作为决策依据,从而提高企业的综合竞争力。企业也越来越多的应用各种业务系统,如自动化办公系统、财务人事系统、库房管理系统等。各业务系统相对比较独立,不能进行数据交换与资源共享。随着信息化建设的逐步深化,各相关业务系统之间存在着数据交换的需求,因此将需求的数据信息在所有系统中最大程度的共享,并保证各系统的稳定、安全运行,有着十分重要的意义。……
