摘要：军事物流外包是当前军事物流领域的研究热点和重点之一。后勤保障要适应新的战争，需要引入第三方物流，进行物流外包，为实现适时、适地、适量的精确保障，提供新的支撑点。然而物流外包是一把“双刃剑”，带来效益的同时也蕴含大量风险。文章从军事物流外包含义出发，分析了军事物流外包风险成因及方式，并且提出了几点防范措施。

Abstract: Military logistics outsourcing is the military logistics in the field of research and focus of one of one of the logistical support necessary to adapt to the new war, the need for the introduction of third-party logistics, logistics outsourcing, in order to achieve timely and appropriate manner, the precise amount of protection provide new support points. However, logistics outsourcing is a“double-edged sword”to bring about positive effects as well as a large number of inherent risks. From the meaning of the outsourcing of military logistics, military logistics outsouring analysis of the risks and causes of the way and made a few precautions.

随着社会分工进一步细化和物流业快速发展，物流外包逐渐被物流服务供应商和需求方认可。同时，高新技术在军事领域的广泛应用，战争呈现出陆、海，空、天、电等多维立体空间交织进行的体系对抗。后勤保障要适应新的战争，需要引入第三方物流，实施物流外包，为实现适时、适地、适量的精确保障，提供新的支撑点。军事物流外包是后勤供应链重组的重要举措，将对后勤体制改革起到重要的推动作用。然而，由于军事物流外包涉及到军队与物流企业之间的合作，军队物流外包在带来诸多收益的同时，也带来了风险，军队物流外包相对于传统的后勤保障模式来说蕴藏着更多的不确定性，从而产生更多的风险。
