quite和very都含有“非常”之意，在很多情况下都可以互换使用，但是它们之间的区别我们也不能忽视哦！请看：

一、 quite意为“相当、非常”，是个程度副词，可以用来修饰形容词、动词和其他副词。例如：

I feel quite well.我觉得身体很好。

Im quite tired.我相当累了。

Some people dont like winter， but I quite like it.有些人不喜欢过冬天，但我非常喜欢过冬天。

二、 very意为“很、非常”，也是一个程度副词，可以用来修饰形容词或其他副词，但不能用来修饰动词。例如：

This factory is very large.这家工厂很大。

He runs very fast.他跑得很快。

三、 quite和very与不定冠词连用时，常按照“quite + a（n） + 形容词 + 中心名词”或“a（n） + very + 形容词 + 中心名词”的顺序排列。例如：

James is quite a little boy. /James is a very little boy. 詹姆斯是个年纪非常小的男孩。
