International China Harbin Fair for Trade and Economic Cooperation(Harbin Fair), a large-scale interna-tional expo authorized by the Chinese government, has been success fully held for18 times consecutively since it inauguratedin 1990. Every year it is held from June 15to 21 in Harbin, capital of Northeast China's Heilongjiang Province. After its establish-ment, this annual Fair has played an impor-tant role in promoting business and tradeties between China especially the Northeastand the world. It has aspecial feature facingwith Russia and other neighboring countriesin Northeast Asia.
