The 12th East-West China Coopera-tion and Investment and Trade Fair washeld from April 5 to 8 at the International Conference and Exhibition Center in Qu-jiang, Xi'an. Shaanxi province, in the westof China. The Fair, dated back from 1997,chose the location of Xi'an, the capital of Shaanxi province, also the time-honredcity since then.
