When we speak, write a letter, or make a telephone call, our wordscarry a message. People communicate (交际) with words. But do youknow that we can communicate without words? When you nod (点头), peopleknow that you are saying"Yes". Other things can also carry messages.For example, a sign (招牌) at the bus stop helps you to know which busto take. A sign on the door tells you where to go in or out. Do you notice(注意) that there are a lot of signs around you? And you can get mes-sages from them all the time.
