【摘 要】信息不对称理论在弥补传统的经济学理论的漏洞的基础上推动了现代经济学理论的新发展，信息不对称分布和信息不对称理论正在深深地影响着市场经济的每个方面和改变着许多重要的市场概念。信息不对称理论在工程项目管理中应用，必须规范和整顿建筑市场秩序，逐步在建筑市场形成诚信为本、操守为重的良好风尚，以保证各行为主体决策的正确进行。

1. 信息不对称理论的基本内容

所谓信息不对称就是在相互对应的经济人之间不作对称分布的有关某些事件的知识或概率分布。信息不对称理论是微观信息经济学研究的一个核心内容，用来说明在不完全信息市场上，相关信息在交易双方的不对称分布对市场交易行为的影响及由此产生的市场运行效率问题。在不对称信息对策研究中，通常将对策中占有信息优势的一方称为代理人，而处于信息劣势的一方称为委托人，不对称信息的所有模型都可以在委托人——代理人的框架下进行。传统经济学基本假设前提中，重要的一条就是“经济人”拥有完全信息。……
