As General Manager of Zhejiang Tiancheng Plastic Arts Co., Ltd., undertaker of the 9th China Sculpture Forum, Mr. Pan Jianbo had received regular professional education in Sculpture Department of China Academy of Art. Born in an old and well-known family of sculpture, having both sculpture expertise and leadership talents, Mr. Pan, just like the name of its company, is a "successful" person with natural "God's help".

So-called "faithfulness" refers to his way of "seeking truth from facts" in getting along with others, reflected in his stressing on personal loyalty, punctuality, being modest, gentle and easy-going.

So-called "expressiveness" means artworks through his processing and fabrication is meaning-conveyable, with preciseness and perfection, which accurately reflected the sculpture finalizing or creative romantic charm and modeling;

So-called "elegance" means that finished products through processing and fabrication of his factory are conscientious and meticulous in workmanship, exquisite and elegant in products, winning highly praise of clients and compliments from experts.

His father has been an old friend of mine for many years. Infatuated pursue for art and persistent adhesion to the cause has turned him into a famous skillful craftsman in stone carving circles, being praised as a master of stone carving comes from the field. Tiancheng Company boasts many advantageous conditions, however I hold that every new success still relies on its own efforts to staunch fighting.

天成公司的总经理潘建波先生曾在中国美术学院雕塑系受过正规的专业教育，毕业之后又在他舅父开办在武汉一家享有盛名的大型企业担任过领导要职。一个出身雕塑世家，既有雕塑专业知识，又具领导才能的潘先生，诚如公司其名，他是一位自有“天助”的“成功”人士。潘先生热爱雕塑艺术，他办事认真，待人热诚，给我留下了很深的印象。

潘建波先生的父母是我多年的老朋友。他的父亲潘禹祥出生在浙江温岭一家贫困的农民家庭，15岁便开始了石雕生涯。对艺术的痴迷追求，对事业的执着固守，使他成了石雕艺术界一位著名的能工巧匠，被誉为从田野中走来的石雕大师。……
