做互联网，怎能离开手机？我和我周围的大部分人，日常办公都离不开手机，查找资料、处理文档、参加远程会议，都要用手机。不少人还会准备两部手机，手机是我们不可或缺的生产工具，如果手机丢了、坏了，那简直像是坠入了噩梦。业余时自然更要用手机了，刷短视频、看剧、玩游戏等，虽然每每回过神来时，时间早从指缝间溜走，但我终究收获了不少快乐。直到某天，我翻开买了很久的书，打算认真读读，结果由于总担心错过消息，不一会儿就要拿起手机看看——半天过去了，书一页没翻。我突然意识到这不对劲，立即下定决心从有意识地与手机“断舍离”做起。在非工作日，我会给自己适当断网，做一下“数字排毒”，我想拯救因手机而变得支离破碎的注意力。

It's not the phone that should beblamed for distraction

Nowadays， our generations have this shortattention span that makes us not pay attention to asubject for more than a few minutes until something elsecomes up， and then again， we are focused on anothersubject for another few minutes until we realize that welost focus on the first subject. Phones， laptops and TVscreens keep pulling our attention from what we aretrying to focus on. If they fail， it would be our ownminds pulling us far away from what is important atthe moment to something which our minds believeis also important but actually is not as urgent asour studies or work. Well， it’s all about priority.We have to prioritize our requirements. If wecannot learn how to manage our requirements，there would always be distractions to preventus from giving full attention to what we reallycare about. .注意力的持续时间越来越短，谁的错？我想你会说，自然是手机，和嘉宾橙子一样。的确，种种电子设备，为了分散我们的注意力，下的功夫之深，简直能令为学习烦恼的我们汗颜。可明明上一秒还在学习，手机也没亮屏、没发出震动，怎么自己偏要分心，忍不住拿起手机？显然，你当下在做的事，在内心深处并没那么重要，至少，你用行为诉说着，玩手机的优先级更高，学习，延后一点好了。可见，注意力不集中，真的不全怪手机，还怪自己。
