Its easier to make a resolution than to keep it. At the beginning of this year， I made up my mind to improve my health. I promised myself that I was going to exercise more and eat less unhealthy food. To do this， I made a weekly plan to help me keep up. On the first day， I did everything I planned， and I felt very good. On the second day， I found myself a little tired when I got up， so I took a rest and didnt exercise that day.
