According to reports， the channels for commercial procurement of anti-pandemic materials in China by all countries are completely unblocked. According to the business statistics of the Ministry of Commerce， as of April 25， 74 countries and regions and 6 international organizations have signed 192 batches of commercial procurement contracts for medical supplies with China， with a cumulative amount of USD 1.41 billion. 72 countries and regions and 8 international organizations are carrying out 129 batch commercial procurement negotiations with Chinese enterprises. Chinas 31 provinces， autonomous regions and municipalities have exported anti-pandemic materials to 191 countries and regions through marketbased procurement. In addition， customs statistics show that the scale of medical supplies exports has steadily expanded. On April 24， China exported 1.06 billion masks， which was a 3.7-fold increase from the 224 million before the implementation of the announcement on March 31.

Jin Hai， director of the General Operations Department of the General Administration of Customs， said that from the statistics of the Customs， from March 1 to April 25， the country exported a total of 55 billion yuan of major anti-pandemic materials. The export of Chinas main pandemic prevention materials has averaged 1 billion yuan a day in early April， 2 billion yuan in the middle， and more than 2.5 billion yuan in the near future， indicating that Chinas exports of major pandemic prevention materials have shown a significant growth. The Customs will resolutely investigate and deal with illegal acts such as false reports and unqualified pretending to pass qualifications， and resolutely maintain a good order in the export of pandemic prevention materials in China.
