J. Lubbock states that ‘We often hear of people breaking down from overwork, but in nine cases out of ten they are really suffering from worry or anxiety (32). This quotation reflects the pang which many people are undertaking-anxiety. Because of the fast-alternating and intricate world, a majority of people are carrying tremendous pressure, which trigger anxiety disorders consequently. Some people who have anxiety disorder are likely to be exceedingly anxious and difficult to concentrate on daily tasks, and sometimes it is difficult for patients to communicate with people fluently, moreover, people may get some diseases because of anxiety disorder. Therefore, from these symptoms above, it is apparent that anxiety disorder contains numerous negative effect on peoples social communication, temper, mental and physical health.

Initially, anxiety disorder has negative effect on social communication. For instance, ‘children with anxiety disorder have lower self and peer rating of social competence, as well as poorer social skills on behavioral assessment(Halls et al.). Therefore, they are afraid of communicating with others  do not know how to do it, and this will, consequently, causes social communication deficits which impede children to make friends and produce a negative effect on childrens mental health. For adults  anxiety disorder are more likely to be devoid of social skills, and  may evade some social activities such as friends birthday parties, it is awkward for them to attend that kind of activities. When they have some troubles about their work, it is fearful for them to ask for help, because anxiety disorder brings them lower confidence. Thus, adults who have anxiety disorder are difficult to gain entertainment in social community and promotion in their workplace. In conclusion, anxiety disorder make people trap in lower confidence and inferior feeling, which causes them to have lower ability to do social communication.

Secondly, anxiety disorder is one of the reasons why some people often lose control. Its very understandable, when people are anxious and nervous, the feeling of fear could be created, and simultaneously, because of those bad feelings, people cannot have clear minds, so they just lose their temper, some people will cry, someone will shout, or someone will breaks things. Individuals who have anxiety disorder will often lose control because it is permanent, it will cause continuous anxiety and fear. For example, panic disorder is one of the anxiety disorders can cause fear of dying and fear of losing control, these feelings can make patients have bad temper. People with panic disorder are more likely to alternate their temper suddenly, and sometimes they shake their body and use their hand to hit the door, glass or something they could see. What is even worse is that some people will hurt their families due to their unbridled temper. Another example is generalized anxiety disorder. Aversely, people will lose their temper gradually. First, they just say something rude to wreak themselves; but the level will escalate, they break things, throw things, use their head to hit the wall, etc. All of these are the result of bad temper and anxiety disorder. So it is obvious that anxiety disorder results in crossness.

Finally, people with anxiety disorder may not have healthy body and mentality. Firstly, anxiety disorder is one of the most prevalent of mental diseases,  it causes feelings of anxiety, tense, restlessness, and fear of dying. These are unhealthy and abnormal mental feelings, which can lead people to an incredible way. For example, “adolescents with anxiety disorders are at an increased risk of subsequent anxiety, depression, illicit drug dependence, and educational underachievement as young adults” (Woodward et al.). Therefore, it is undoubted that anxiety disorder can lead negative effect to peoples mental health.  People with GAD will often experience headache and tension, causing them easily to be exhausted; and people with panic disorder will experience chest pain, heart palpitations, dizziness, shortness of breath and stomach upset. Moreover, sometimes patients would handle it as heart attack, which means it can cause a shark pain when breaking out. Based on these symptoms, anxiety disorder has vast harmful effect on peoples physical health. Consequently, according to the evidence above, anxiety disorder produces pestilential influence both on peoples mental and physical health.

In a nutshell, people with anxiety disorder cannot grasp social skills, and they have trouble control their temper, furthermore, they may have problems about their body and mental health. As a result, social communication, temper and physical and mental health can be pestilentially

affected by anxiety disorders. “Eighty-six subjects reinterviewed; 21 males, 65 females…. 27% were dead” (Livingston et al.). It is a large number! Therefore, when people have anxiety disorders, the emergent thing they need to do is to find a therapist and receive therapy, or they may suicide at the end.
