China Textile 2020年1期

On December 10th, the 2020 National Textile Machinery Industry Production and Operation Work Symposium was held in Xian. Gao Yong, secretary of the Party Committee and secretary-general of China National Textile and Apparel Council, Tian Fuhai, president of Shanxi Textile Industry Association, Wang Shutian, honorary president of China Textile Machinery Association, Gu Ping, president of China Textile Machinery Association, and nearly 150 textile machinery enterprises representatives from all over the country attended the meeting. They analyzed the market situation and development trends, and explored the future development direction. The meeting was chaired by Gu Ping.

At the meeting, Gao Yong introduced and explained the current development of the textile industry, and put forward requirements for the development direction of the textile machinery during the “14th Five-Year Program”. He pointed out that the textile industry is the industry with the highest degree of marketization among various industrial categories and the industry that is most affected by the laws of economic development. Therefore, high-quality development has become the only way for our future development. Gao Yong pointed out that in the future, the development of the industry should focus on the science and technology, green, and fashion. For the textile machinery industry, it is necessary to do a good job in science and technology, which is mainly reflected in focusing on intelligentization, high-tech fiber, and upgrading of traditional industries. In the end, Gao Yong pointed out that compared with European companies, Chinas textile machinery industrys own level of intelligence, automation, and information technology is a little behind, and we should maintain a sober understanding and improve our capabilities and levels in this area as soon as possible.

In the first three quarters of 2019, under the background of the overall global economic slowdown, rising trade environment risks, and continued pressure on the domestic and foreign textile markets, the downward pressure on the development of the textile machinery industry has continued, the fluctuation trend of the main economic indicators remained unchanged, and the export market maintained a weak growth. Focusing on high-quality development, industry enterprises should reduce costs and improve quality, speed up research and development of new technologies and products, actively explore international markets, and constantly strengthen confidence to meet various challenges.

Affected by factors such as increasing market pressure, the surveyed companies progress in developing new product markets in the first three quarters of 2019 was slightly higher than in the first half of the year. On average, new product sales accounted for 32.28% of corporate sales revenue. In general, the proportion of reduction in corporate orders in the first three quarters of 2019 increased significantly compared with the same period the previous year, and decreased compared with the first half of 2019, slightly better than expected in the first half of the year. The pressure on foreign orders is higher than that in the same period of the previous year, with a smaller change compared with that in the first half of 2019. Among them, the orders of weaving machinery enterprises and knitting machinery enterprises were flat or decreased. Business orders for the fourth quarter are expected to pick up slightly. 30.49% of the companies are expected to grow, 25.61% of the companies are expected to be the same as the previous year, and 43.90% of the companies are expected to reduce orders in the fourth quarter of 2019. Orders from abroad: 23.81% of the companies are expected to grow, 25.87% of the companies are expected to be the same as the previous year, and 45.24% of the companies are expected to reduce orders compared to the same period of the previous year.

In the concluding speech of the morning meeting, Wang Shutian, honorary president of the China Textile Machinery Association, briefly introduced the current three points of consensus on the macro economy: first, the downward pressure is increasing, and there is still an increasing trend; second, the economic system is still under construction, and future development is difficult to predict; third, with the development of this economic situation, the role of the government in the allocation of resources will become greater and greater in the future.

Wang Shutian put forward two considerations for the future industry development: first, how to coordinate the industrial chain and the relationship between peers, and that more cooperation between peers is necessary, and once they enter the price war, they will hurt each other; second, more attention needs to be paid to the “Belt and Road” for development, and we can consider putting more projects on the economic development of the “Belt and Road”.

In the afternoon, the participants were divided into spinning, weaving, dyeing and printing, knitting, chemical fiber, nonwovens and other groups to discuss the current situation of textile and spinning machine, the problems faced and solutions, the trend of textile and spinning machine situation in 2020 and the future and the countermeasures.
