【摘要】目的： 探究老年患者接受无痛胃肠镜检查期间辅以护理安全管理的应用价值。方法：本次研究针对目标为2017年2月-2018年12月期间在我院接受无痛胃肠镜检查的老年患者92例，将其分为观察组与对照组，对照组辅以常规护理干预，观察组辅以护理安全管理干预，对比两组护理效果。结果：观察组患者发生不良事件的概率明显低于对照组（p<005），观察组护理服务总满意度明显高于对照组（p<005）。结论：老年患者在接受无痛胃肠镜检查期间辅以护理安全管理干预可以预防不良事件，提高患者满意度，值得推广。

Application of nursing safety management in painless gastrointestinal endoscopy for elderly patients

Abstract

Objective： To explore the application value of nursing safety management during painless gastrointestinal endoscopy in elderly patients.Methods： This study aimed at 92 elderly patients who underwent painless gastrointestinal endoscopy in our hospital from February 2017 to December 2018 According to the Results of computer selection， the patients were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was supplemented by routine nursing intervention， and the observation group was supplemented by nursing safety management intervention. The probability of adverse events between the two groups was compared， and the total satisfaction of patients with nursing care was evaluated and analyzed different.Results： The probability of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （p < 005）， and the overall satisfaction with the nursing service in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （p < 005）.Conclusion： Nursing safety management intervention during painless gastrointestinal endoscopy in elderly patients can prevent adverse events and improve patient satisfaction， which is worthy of promotion.

隨着医疗技术水平的不断提高，胃肠镜被广泛用于临床诊察、治疗消化系统疾病中，效果显著[1]。其能够弥补患者服用钡餐透视诊断的缺陷，精确判定病灶位置及病情程度，且对患者创伤较小，痛楚较低，身后患者的认可与喜爱。对于老年患者来讲，随着年龄的增大，自身各项身体机能均有一定程度衰退，加之疾病影响，实施胃肠镜检期间容易出现意外情况，影响患者身心健康，因而，需辅以护理干预，保障镜检顺利进行，减轻患者痛楚。本文以20172-201812期间在我院接受胃肠镜检的老年患者92例为目标，探究护理安全管理的应用价值，具体如下。

1资料与方法

11一般资料

本次研究针对目标为2017年2月-2018年12月期间在我院接受无痛胃肠镜检查的老年患者92例，参照计算机抽选结果将其分为观察组与对照组，对照组总计患者46例，包括男性26例，女性20例61-88岁，平均年龄（7014±231）岁，其中21例患者接受无痛胃镜检查，25例患者接受无痛肠镜检查。观察组总计患者46例，包括男性25例，女性21例，62-89岁，平均年龄（7017±233）岁，其中22例患者接受无痛胃镜检查，24例患者接受无痛肠镜检查。以专业统计软件对两组患者基本资料进行分析，结果无明显差异（p>005）。
