推拿结合团体辅导对大学生社交焦虑的干预效果观察

【摘 要】目的:观察推拿结合团体辅导对大学生社交焦虑的干预效果。方法:采用交往焦虑量表(Interaction Anxiousness Scale,IAS)与羞怯量表(Shyness Scale,SHS)作为筛查工具并以常模值比较进行筛查,将符合纳入标准的社交焦虑大学生60例随机分为两组,分别给予单纯团体辅导干预、推拿结合团体辅导干预,连续观察3周后,比较两组前后IAS与SHS评分变化。结果:两组在干预过程中均未发生不良反应。经过3周的干预,两组的IAS、SHS评分均下降,与干预前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。推拿结合团体辅导组干预后的IAS、SHS评分,与团体辅导组干预后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);IAS、SHS评分的差值,与团体辅导组比较,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:单纯团体辅导以及推拿结合团体辅导均能改善大学生社交焦虑的IAS与SHS评分,但推拿结合团体辅导的干预效果优于单纯团体辅导。

Effect of Tuina Combined with Group Counseling on Social Anxiety of College Students

【Abstract】Objective: to observe the effect of Tuina combined with group counseling on social anxiety of college students.  Methods:60 college students with social anxiety met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups by using Interaction Anxiety Scale and Shyness Scale asscreening tools and comparing with normative data.After continuous observation for 3 weeks,  comparing the IAS and SHS scores before and after about the two groups.  Results: no adverse reaction occurred in the two groups during the course of intervention. After 3 weeks of intervention, the scores of IAS and SHS in both groups were decreased, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). The scores of IAS and SHS after the intervention of Tuina combined with group counseling group were significantly different from those of group counseling group(p<0.05),and the scores of IAS and SHS were significantly different from those of Group Counseling Group (p<0.05).   Conclusion: The IAS and SHS Scores of social anxiety of college students can be improved by group counseling and  Tuina combined with group counseling, but the intervention effect of  Tuina combined with group counseling is better than that of group counseling.

社交焦虑是困扰大学生最常见的心理问题之一,严重危害大学生正常的人际交往、学业成绩、就业稳定性以及身心健康[1]。社交焦虑是指个体在社会交往活动中体验到的消极情绪,并对个体的社交活动和人际关系造成某种程度的消极影响,其特点是对社交或行为表现情景产生强烈的、持续的恐惧,在这些情景中个体认为自己正在暴露于他人对自己的潜在审查中[2]。目前国内有关社交焦虑的治疗研究主要包括药物治疗和心理干預。药物治疗有一定的疗效,但易产生依赖性,复发可能性较大[3]。因此,研究社交焦虑的干预方式有重要的现实意义。推拿又称按摩,是通过手法作用于人体体表的经络、穴位、特定部位,以调节机体的生理、病理状况,来达到保健及治疗目的。本研究采用推拿结合团体辅导对大学生社交焦虑进行干预,报告如下。
