Ren Jialun became well-known for his role in the TV drama The Glory of Tang Dynasty.

因為主演了电视剧《大唐荣耀》，任嘉伦开始走红。

Ren looks gentle（温和的）. But he is manly inside. “If you are a man， you should be a real man.”he said.

任嘉伦看起来很温柔。但他的内心充满男子气概。“如果你是个男人，你应该做一个真正的男人。”他说。

Ren was a table tennis player. He practiced hard but got hurt when he was 15. He had to give it up. After that， he went to South Korea by himself and learned to dance. For three months， he did nothing except dance， eat and sleep. However， his band broke up in 2014. He came back to China and tried acting.

Ren never complains about these ups and downs（起起落落）. Unlike others， he enjoys pressure（压力）. He doesnt let himself get too relaxed. “When you are young， you should work hard.”he said.

任嘉伦从不抱怨这些起起落落。与其他人不同的是，他喜欢压力。他不让自己太放松。“当你年轻的时候，你应该努力工作。”他说。
