10位外国专家荣获2009年度重庆市“三峡友谊奖”

外国专家齐手共建重庆明天更美好

在颁奖仪式上，获奖专家、拉法基瑞安技术服务有限公司重庆分公司专家弗瓦拉说了一句耐人寻味的话：有人说，19世纪初，你应该在伦敦；20世纪初，你应该在纽约；21世纪初，你应该在上海；而我坚信，2010年起，你应该在重庆。

重庆的发展也有外国专家的功劳。经过评选，10位为重庆经济社会发展作出重大贡献的外国专家，荣获2009年度重庆市“三峡友谊奖”。并于4月30日，在重庆外事大楼举行了颁奖仪式，重庆市市长黄奇帆为获奖专家颁奖。重庆市委常委、常务副市长马正其，重庆市人民政府外事侨务办公室主任郝明等参加了颁奖典礼。

获奖专家介绍：

惠普全球信息产品集团副总裁、美国籍专家托尼·亚当斯·普费先生

在托尼的努力下，惠普与我市克服了一个又一个的困难和问题，最终推动了惠普400万台笔记本电脑内销生产基地、2000万台笔记本电脑出口制造基地两大制造项目先后落户重庆。这对于助推我市信息产业五年内进入5000亿级规模，成为中西部地区IT高地具有里程碑意义。

拉法基瑞安（北京）技术服务有限公司重庆分公司总经理、法国专家弗瓦拉先生

弗瓦拉在重庆的3年多时间里，致力于推广水泥窑处置废物这一环保且成本较低的方法。使我市在该领域处于全国的前列，为保持长江的水质提供了很好的解决方案。此外，弗瓦拉为推动我市的环保事业做出了较大贡献。

重庆横河川仪有限公司总经理、日本籍专家小林隆先生

小林隆担任公司总工程师长达8年时间，他在1999年使公司扭亏为盈，使EJA变送器在众多品牌中脱颖而出，树立了EJA在中国市场上的名牌地位，重庆横河川仪也成为全国最大、最先进的变压器生产企业，EJA变送器市场销售多年保持全国第一。

重庆ABB变压器有限公司总经理、瑞典籍专家施壮先生

由于施壮先生看好中国未来的发展及特高压电力行业的兴起，使ABB集团决定新增2000万美元投资重庆ABB，新建第二特高压试验室发展特高压变压器和大型变压器出口业务。去年5月，ABB集团第三个全球设计中心落户重庆，今后将是ABB集团全球化的特高压变压器制造基地、亚太地区的大型变压器出口基地、全球化的变压技术创新中心和人才培养基地。

重庆中交科技股份有限公司总裁、加拿大籍华人专家梁志中先生

梁志中自2008年7月担任重庆中交科技股份有限公司全职技术副总裁后，带领团队研发具有国际先进水平的交通材料产品，使我市研发生产的道路高分子交通材料达到国际先进水平。

获奖专家介绍：

重庆博富文柑橘有限公司主席、美国籍专家博富文先生

博富文把国际先进的柑橘栽培科学技术引入三峡库区，因博富文柑橘加工产业化项目而直接受益的农（移）户超过7300户，其中涉及三峡移民2327户共8171人。该项目的实施有利于解决三峡库区特别是忠县的就业、扶贫、移民开发和破解产业空虚等问题，可带动农民增收总额4000万元。

重庆嘉轩汽车密封件有限公司高级工程师、德国籍专家盖瑞克先生

自2006年以来，盖瑞克带领外方专家每年主攻一个课题。2006年，解决变截面异型导槽类密封条技术问题；2007年，解决高硬度PP+EPDM复合挤出密封条技术问题；2008年，解决热塑弹性体(TPV)汽车密封条技术问题；2009年，解决在线喷涂汽车密封条技术问题。这些技术推广应用于新车型，包括：长安福特的CD 340、C307项目，上海通用的SGM 308和DELTA项目以及长安铃木的YC5、YY5等项目上。

重庆隆鑫机车有限公司技术管理顾问、德国籍专家提姆·席勒先生

提姆为了实现进口缸体的国产化，一直担任该项目的德方项目经理。还担任K 15缸体镀镍工艺开发的高级顾问，对此种新技术的开发进行技术、检验、实验评价等各方位的指导。在提姆的组织协助下，缸体国产化成本降低。

重庆工商大学财政金融学院院长、美国籍专家宋小川先生

自到重庆工商大学任职以来，宋小川在《经济研究》、《马克思主义研究》等国内一流学术刊物上发表了《中国的GDP及其若干统计问题》等十余篇有影响的文章。2009年获高等学校科学研究优秀成果 (人文社会科学) 二等奖，实现了重庆工商大学在我国人文社会科学这一最高奖项上历史性的突破。

重庆大学生物工程学院教师、美国籍专家古琳达女士

古琳达自2002年在重大任教期间，参与研究了数十项生物前沿科技项目，并参与了 “111计划”多个研究项目并为其日常实验规划设计和数据评估方面提供技术专长支持。

Tony Adams Prophet, HP

Tony has promoted tw o major manufacturing projects that production bases of 4 m illion laptops of the sale in dom estic m arket and 20 m illion lap tops expo rt manufacturing base set up in Chongqing, w hich is a m ilestone in development of Chongqing.

Frederic Justin Vallat, Genaral Manager, Lafarge Shuion (Beijing) Technology and Service Co., Ltd.

During the three years that Frederic stayed in Chongqing, he has comm itted to promote the way of waste disposal which is environmental and low cost to make our city ahead in this field and provide a good solution in order to maintain the water quality of Yangtze River.

Kobayashi Takashi, Genaral Manager, Chongqing Yokogama Sichuan Instrument Co., Ltd.

Kobayashi established the status of EJA in China, and made the company become the largest and most advanced transm itter production enterprise; the market sale of EJA has remained No.1 for many years.

Sven M agnus Ström, General M anager, ABB Chongqing Transformer Company, Ltd.

W ith M r. Ström's effort, the third world design center of the ABB group w as settled in Chongqing, Chongqing w ill become a global manufacturing pow er base, a major export base of the Asia-pacific region, pressure of technological globalization of the innovation centre and talent training base.

Liang Zhizhong, President, Chongqing China-Communication Technology Co., Ltd.

Liang led the team to develop a transportation material product w ith international advanced level, the com pany w as granted “National High Tech Enterprise”status by the Chinese government as one of the first batch of enterprise in Chongqing.

Edgar M Bronfman, the Edgar M. Bronfman Citrus Co. (Chongqing), Ltd.

Bronfman introduced the international science and technology of orange p lanting to Three Gorges Reservoir, the direct benefit peasants are over 7300, 8171 of the Three Gorges' imm igrants.

Christoph Gerigk, M anaging Director, SaarGumm i China Ltd.

Led by foreign experts Gerigk, the company takes a project every year since 2006. They solve the technical problem of online spray rubber sealing strip in 2009.

Tim Siller, Long X in Group

In order to realize the imported cylinder bodies of localization, Tim has been the project manager from Germany and the senior of k15 cylinder bodies plating nickel technology development. W ith the help and organization of Tim, the cost of cylinder bodies of localization reduced.

Song Xiaochuan, Dean of School of Finance, Chongqing Technology and Business University

He was awarded the second prize in the 2009 Contest of China University and College Scientific Research, which achieved the historic breakthrough of the top prize in social sciences of Chongqing Commerce and Industry University.

Gurinder Singh, Chongqing University

Since Gurinder started teaching in 2002, she joined to study more that 10 frontiers of biology technology projects, and took part of the "111 projects”, she also provided technical expertise support for its regular experiment design and data evaluation.
