车辆走到哪都能知道，进场“刷”手机，图片随拍随传，手机上网看赛事⋯⋯这些新鲜事，在全运会上将全部付诸实践。

在“十一运”指挥调度中心的大屏幕上，通过位置监控服务，组委会工作人员对所有的赛事服务车辆进行实时监控和调度，车辆的运行轨迹、停靠地点可以实时掌握，并能通过轨迹了解每一辆车在每个时间点经过的地点。这是山东为全运会打造的综合指挥调度和信息服务平台，也是对整个赛事运行进行管理调度的核心平台。

全运会指挥调度系统，是一个集竞赛信息处理，赛场监控、视频会议、通讯调度及媒体信息发布等功能等为一体的多方面新型综合调度体系。信息通过四通八达的网络资源收集进来，在这里进行集中处理，再发散出去，使信息资源实现最大化共享。

全运会的基础网络系统以济南为中心，通过电信基础专网及宽带光缆，辐射全省17地市所有赛区的比赛和非比赛场馆及代表团驻地和官员，记者驻地。网络以基础骨干网、地区城域网、场馆局域网三级网络体系结构，并采用了主备线路方式，可靠保证运动会期间比赛的信息数据、视频数据的正常传输和公共信息服务。

在记者驻地、官员驻地、组委会驻地、新闻中心等地，第11届全运会综合信息，以全运会www互联网（www.11th-games.org.cn）和wap手机（www.11th-games.org.cn）官方网站为核心，通过内部高速宽带信息网，国际互联网和手机互联网统一对外进行信息的发布。

移动12580和电信118114号码百事通成为全运会综合服务热线，为所有与会人员和观赛游客提供机票、酒店、交通、餐饮、娱乐、购物等综合信息查询人工服务，同时也提供场馆位置信息、全运赛程赛程、比赛结果、金牌榜查询等有关赛事的信息服务。

全运会期间，济南市12345市民服务热线成为全运会呼叫中心。通过呼叫中心您可以进行票务查询和订购、文化活动信息、赛程安排、赛区交通、旅游、住宿等一系列内容的信息综合服务，还可提供赛事信息、场馆信息、赛区信息查询服务。

Digital Information Technology at the National Games

Jinan Olympic Sports Center has got everything ready for holding the sports events. The digital information technology for the 11th National Games is also ready. These are “digital National Games” with the highest level of informationization and the most people participating in them.

The information network system, application system, and command and dispatch system will deal with the competition information, monitor the competition venues and manage the competition events of the National Games.

The wireless network can cover all the competition areas, the places where the organizing committee and the officials stay, the places that the athletes and judges live in, the newscast center, news center, and the places where the journalists stay.

The hotlines 12580 (China Mobile) and 118114 (China Telecom) have become the National Games comprehensive service hotlines. The number 12345, Jinan citizen service hotline, has become the call-center of the National Games, providing auto voice service, information inquiry service, and manual consultation service for local citizens and visitors.
